Returns & Refunds
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and determine a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
- Used & Pre-Owned Items: All pre-owned sneakers and collectibles are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Sneaker Retriever is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
How to Submit a Claim

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a resolution in the form of a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
